Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery (age 19-80 with American Association of of Anesthesiologists physical status class I - III)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contrindication to regional anesthesia BMI > 35 kg/m2 sever pulmonary, hepatic or renal disease allergy to study medication pregnancy neurologic abnormality with operated limb inability to provide consent
