Interventions

Others(pilates) : All participants performed 5 pilates exercise for 20 minutes. The MG was based on gait cycle of kinesiology and gait characteristic of the eldery that was improved internal rotation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older women aged 65 and over who can walk independently without brace A score of 24 or higher on the Mental State Test (K-MMSE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Take medication 24 hours before the experiment Drinking alcohol 24 hours before the experiment Fracture surgery experience in the last 1 year Neurological disorder Visual impairment Hearing impairment
