Drug : [Drug name] CnU cap All subjects to be tested take 250 mg of CNU capsules by mouth for 12 weeks, once a tablet, twice a day (morning, dinner, or after meals).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women 18 years of age or older 2. Imaging confirmed cholesterol gallbladder disease. 3. A gallbladder patient with no abdominal pain. 4. A person who agrees to participate in this study and voluntarily signs a written agreement; 5. A person without dementia or cognitive dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with frequent gallstones or biliary tract infections. 2. Patients with radiolucent calcified gallstones 3. Closed jaundice patient 4. Patients with severe kidney disease 5. Patients who are overreacting to this drug or its components. 6. Anyone diagnosed with peptic ulcer within a month. 7. Patients with colorectal and small enteritis, such as Crohn's disease. 8. Bile congestion patient 9. Patients with severe liver disease 10. Acute cholecystitis 11. Women of childbearing age who are expected to be pregnant at least 12 months without menstruation. Considered a non-permanent woman 12. A person deemed inappropriate for a researcher to participate in a study due to other reasons
