Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 20 to 65 years 2) Patients presenting with psychological distress at an outpatient Korean Medicine Neuropsychiatry clinic 3) Individuals who understand the study procedures and voluntarily sign the informed consent form to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or delusional disorder 2) Concomitant organic brain disorders (e.g., major neurocognitive disorder [dementia], epilepsy), intellectual disability, or personality disorders 3) Individuals with severe unstable medical conditions (e.g., currently receiving treatment for cancer, cardiovascular disease, chronic liver disease, or chronic kidney disease) 4) Inability to complete the interviews and questionnaire assessments required for this study (e.g., impairment in reading, writing, listening, speaking, or comprehension)
