Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patient between 20 and 80 years old 2. Patients with colon polyps of 10 mm or larger, capable of endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection 3. Patients with adequate compliance and suitable geographic distance for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing additional resection for lesions that had previously undergone endoscopic resection 2. Pregnant or lactating patients 3. Patients who have not obtained the informed consent 4. Patients who received two or more antiplatelet drugs within 5 days of the procedure or oral anticoagulant (DOAC) within 24 hours of the procedure 5. Patients with more than 5 polyps over 1 cm 6. Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis 7. Patients with leukemia or thrombocytopenia 8. Patients with spurting bleeding after polypectomy
