Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult males and females 20 years of age or older 2. Patients with primary glioma diagnosed for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received chemotherapy or radiation therapy as a pre-treatment 2. In the case of those who cannot read the consent form (eg, illiterate, foreigner, etc.)

Analyze the resected tissue and analyze whether there is a histological difference between the core portion where MRI enhancement and acetate uptake coexist, the portion where there is no MRI enhancement enhancement, only acetate uptake, and the margin of the normal tissue side. Find the most suitable value by cutoff of Acetate PET ROI.
