Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females 30~65 years old who have not been improved and continuously reoccurred despite of medication or physical treatments after diagnosing the disease related to joint. 2. Grade II or Grade III osteoarthritis using Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale (K-L Grade) 3. BMI =22 and = 37

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects that have had a history of bleeding control disorder or can’t stop using anti-inflammatory or anti -coagulant drugs for 3 days before and after surgery. 2. Subjects that are allergic to lidocaine, epinephrine, valium or sodium phosphate 3. Subjects with skin keloidalis 4. Subjects tested positive for hepatitis B and C, syphilis, HIV 5. Subjects that have had or are suffering from serious diseases, including cancer => Previous history or active serious diseases incl. cancer 6. Women that are pregnant or breast-feeding 7. Subjects that are evaluated as not having the ability to comply with the study. 8. Subjects with an artificial joint replacement on the knee

1. Pain analysis through VAS, 2. Analysis (pain, symptom, function and everyday life, exercise and play function, quality of life) through KOOS, 3.Changing level of pain relief through PV , 4.Changing level of pain relief (the skin temperature in the knee) through temperature test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Condition analysis of joint cartilage through MRI imaging (degree of defect repair and filling of the defect, integration to the border zone of the cartilage, improving level of the damaged structure of cartilage, improving level of adhesion and effusions bone & tissue)
