Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderly over 65 aged, The elderly who can perform ADL without any assistance, The elderly who No dementia and no neuro-musculoskeletal any disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The elderly below 65 aged, the elderly who have dementia and/or any disease, the elderly who require any assistance to perform ADL.
