Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children between 3 and 5 years of age who visit the pediatric emergency room at Seoul National University Hospital who receive intravenous cannulation procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? When it is difficult to determine the patient's pain scale due to developmental delay or facial deformity ? When viewing videos is difficult due to visual impairment or hearing impairment ? When it is necessary to secure an emergency venous blood vessel due to a shock condition or a decrease in consciousness [KTAS (Korean Triage and Acuity Scale) level 1, 2] ? In case it is impossible to obtain consent of the patient and guardian ? When both the patient and the guardian cannot communicate in Korean ? In case of child with frequent venous blood vessel acquisition due to chronic disease
