Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent neurosurgery or thoracic surgery with invasive hemodynamic monitoring consist of central venous pressure and cardiac output

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Missing or error data - NA (not available) values for CO, CVP, mean ABP - Mean ABP>140 or 30 or <0 mmHg
