Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A)Patients 18 years of age or older B)Patients considered for aortic valve sparing root replacement (satisfied at the same time) 1)Patients with no significant aortic valve stenosis, valve calcification, or structural distortion 2)Patients with significant root aortic aneurysm (Z score> 2.0 or absolute dimension >5cm), or with root aortic aneurysm as the cause of aortic valve regurgitation requiring surgery C) A person who fully understands the explanation of consent and agrees in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Those who are judged to be inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial according to the judgment of other researchers B) Patients with contraindications to CT examination
