Others(Face mask ventilation) : The patient is induced with propofol and remifentanil. Rocuronium 0.6mg/kg is administered after loss of consciousness. Early phase ventilation group : Mask ventilation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia 20-65 years old American society of anesthesiologists class I or II The patients who agree to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who reject to participate in this study Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease Body mass index over 30 Risk of aspiration Pregnant patient History of abdominal surgery Patients whose gastric antrum is not visible by ultrasound Three or more risk factors for difficult mask ventilation as identified by Langeron et al.
