Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with Laparoscopic cholecystectomy on American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I~II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Patients who previously experienced the side effects of esmolol or ramosetron, showed hypersensitivity to esmolol or ramosetron, had cardiovascular, lung, or kidney conditions, had neurologic disorders, or were pregnant were excluded.
