Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with a stroke based on brain CT or MR findings and clinical symptoms, and is being hospitalized and treated at Kyung Hee University Korean Medicine Hospital. 2. Patients who agreed to participate and signed a consent form after listening a clear explanation of the purpose and characteristics of the present clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have expressed their intention to refuse to participate in the present study. 2. Patients who have aphasia and has a problem in expressing his or her own intentions, or have cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) < 23), which leads to poor understanding and communication. 3. Patients who have other brain diseases other than stroke (eg. central nervous infection, brain tumor, degenerative brain disease). 4. Other cases in which the researchers determined that this patient is no appropriate for participating in the present study.
