Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult women over 60 years old 2. Those who have a Kellgren & Lawrence grading scale of Grade 1 or Grade 2 in'Both Knee Joint AP/LAT' 3. A person who understands the purpose of this test and voluntarily agrees in writing to the consent form as a subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease such as angina 2. Those with musculoskeletal or nervous system disorders accompanied by uncontrolled pain 3. Those who have difficulty walking independently 4. Those who participated in other clinical trials within the last 4 weeks 5. When the researcher determines that participation in the test may cause additional risks to the subject or confuse the test result due to other reasons.
