Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 19 years of age and older 2. Possession of their smartphones 3. Ability to wear an Actigraphy device 4. Self-report suicidal ideation and/or behaviors in the past week (scored =1 on Korean-Beck Suicide Ideation Score) 5. Ability to speak and write in Korean 6. Ability to understand the study and provide their consent to participate in the study voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty to participate due to cognitive dysfunction determined by psychiatrist 2. With moderately severe cognitive impairment in case of those aged 65 and older (scored 23 or lower on the Korean-Mini Mental State Examination, 2nd Edition Standard Version) 3. Difficulty to participate due to psychotic symptoms (i.e., auditory hallucination or delusion) 4. Participation in another study
