Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiology physical status Classification I, II, Among patients aged 30 or older and younger than 80 years old, patients who agreed to participate, Patients undergoing spinal surgery in the prone position performed at our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 30 years old, over 80 years old, preoperative cardiac ejection fraction 2 degree), hemodynamic instability, respiratory failure patients, cardiac arrhythmia patients and pacemakers or intraaortic balloon pumps Since the measuring instruments measuring vital signs (blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, electrocardiogram) that have been previously performed are non-invasive, complications and side effects are not reported, and essential for surgery, it is possible for prone position spinal surgery, except for the patient's rejection,
