Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 65-80 years old who are scheduled for thoracoscopic pneumonectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Untreated active pulmonary disease, obstructive pulmonary disease or restricted pulmonary disease, receiving medication, breathing/chest pain/chest discomfort/abnormal breathing sound observed even at rest, unresolved pulmonary edema or pulmonary edema, cognitive function For those with a disability or neurological disability of the person who needs to consent, BMI>30kg/m2
