Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by imaging (CT, MRI, PET-CT) 2. Patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed using cytology by endoscopic ultrasound 3. Patients who underwent surgical treatment with pancreatic cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors under the age of 19, vulnerable subjects such as illiteracy 2. Excludes necrotic specimens

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the results of immunofluorescence staining and immunochemical staining according to the type of brush cell slide (thinprep, surepath, direct smear) to confirm the correlation with the final diagnosis name. (With a correlation of 80% or more, the optimal staining method with the highest correlation is identified.)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Efficacy of staining method(the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value)
