Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer or high grade dysplasia by upper endoscopic submucosal dissection at 5 tertiary medical institutions in Pusan and Gyeongnam (KOSIN University Gospel Hospital, Dong-A University Hospital, Pusan University Hospital, INJE University Busan Paik Hospital, Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery, patients with familial polyposis, patients with inflammatory bowel disease, patients with a history of gastric or gastric surgery previously, patients with poor bowel preparation that require re-examination, patients who have failed cecal intubation, Serious complications that require the discontinuation of endoscopy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of advanced colorectal polyps and the risk compared with the general population in early gastric cancer or gastric adenoma. (The incidence of advanced colon polyps or colon cancer in the general population is known to be around 10%.)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Presenting the necessity of colonoscopy and the appropriate timing of colonoscopy in patients of early gastric cancer or gastric high grade dysplasia
