Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Male and female patients aged 20-75 who are admitted to the department of cardiology at Samsung Medical Center due to heart failure (including heart transplant and LVAD) and get referred to cardiac rehabilitation. ? Patients who have agreed to participate as study subjects
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who have contraindications to exercise training and cardiopulmonary exercise testing ? Patients who are evaluated as unsuitable to participate in this study due to uncompensated conditions, uncontrolled conditions such as severe ventricular arrhythmia, or other medical reasons. ? Patients with severe impairment in understanding and performing in this study (ex; cognitive impairment including advanced dementia) ? Patients who refused to participate in the study
