Inclusion criteria: an adult patient undergoing surgery in beach chair position age from 18 to 89 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The width of the inferior vena cava cannot be measured ? Serious hemodynamic changes due to more than two attempts of endotracheal intubation
