Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria : who (1) were diagnosed with early PD with disease duration of less than five years and Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) stage 0-2 (35) determined by a neurologist, (2) were between 20–70 years, (3) have not changed their use of anti-parkinsonian medications in the last two months, and (4) have not participated in self-management interventions in the last two months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria : who (1) had atypical Parkinsonism, Parkinson-plus syndrome, or secondary Parkinsonism and (2) no history of other major health problems that could potentially influence self-management.
