Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion 1) 19 years and older than 19 years, 70 years old and younger than 70 years old 2) patients who need superior capsular reconstruction for irreparable rotator cuff tear 3) patients who agree and voluntarily participate in this study, and who are willing to visit for clinical follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) revision superior capsular reconstruction 2) irreparable subscapularis tear 3) advanced arthropathy with Hamada classification type IV and V 4) Rheumatoid arthritis in the affected shoulder 5) Who are not appropriate in the inclusion of this study a. uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension b. severe psichiatric disease c. severe liver cirrhosis, renal failure, heart failure d. acute infection 6) pregnant and breast feeding 7) others who deemed not appropriate to involve in this study by investigators
