Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? age 18-69 ? tumor located at the rectum or rectosigmoid colon ? who underwent curative surgical resection, low anterior resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy ? formation of diverting stoma ? preoperative stent insertion ? food allergy ? chronic constipation ? Diabetes mellitus ? previous surgical history of bowel resection
