Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those from 20 to 75 years old - Those diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by clinical symptoms, electromyography, and ultrasonography - Those who did not respond to conservative treatment (physical therapy, drug therapy, injection therapy) for carpal tunnel syndrome or showed insufficient effect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Those with a history of having previously undergone resection of the transverse carpal ligament -Those who have other causes for the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome on the ultrasound examination (e.g. cysts, tumors, etc.) -Those with cognitive disorders that make it difficult to assess the degree of pain -Those unable to cooperate in evaluation, treatment and follow-up observation -Pregnancy and lactating women -Those who take anticoagulants -Those who are judged to be inadequate for conducting clinical trials as judged by other investigators -Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to the implementation of this clinical trial
