Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer or gastric adenoma, which is an indication of ESD in the antrum or pylorus 2. Patients who underwent gastric open peroral endoscopic myotomy to prevent post-ESD stenosis among patients who resected more than 3/4 of the lumen of antrum or pylorus by ESD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not indicated for ESD and gastric open POEM 2. Patients who are unable to analyze retrospective medical records
