Interventions

Drug : Patients will be treated with pramipexole ER 0.375mg 1T/day, 0.75mg/day 1.125mg (0.375 mg 1T + 0.75mg 1T)/day or 1.5mg 1T /day for 8 weeks, depending on their motor symptoms after 4 weeks of up

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who diagnsed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease based on International Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders Society criteria ? Hoehn and Yahr stage 1-3 ? Normal cognition (MMSE = 26)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Atypical PD syndromes ? The patient who is not able to walk alone or without assisstant. ? The patients who had limitation of exercise due to skeletal muscles, cardiopulmonary disease ? The patients who had gastectomy, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease or kidney disease ? The patients who had hyperthyroidism, hypothryoidism, uncontrolled diabetis, liver cirrhosis, renal failure or cancer ? Previous history of allergic response or complications with pramipexole (PPX) or its excipients ? Other patient who deemed inappropriate for the study by investigators
