Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Prospective intervention group] (1) Patients diagnosed with local epilepsy (2) Men and women aged 4 or older and younger than 70 years old (3) Patients who need epilepsy surgery due to drug refractory (4) Patients who need intracranial electrode insertion and intracranial EEG examination for localization of epilepsy focus (5) Those who agreed to participate in the study [Historical control] (1) Patients diagnosed with drug refractory local epilepsy (2) Men and women aged 4 years or older and younger than 70 years old (3) Patients who had an intracranial electrode inserted for epilepsy surgery before the start of the study, recorded intracranial EEG, and received resection surgery without HFO test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) If you do not want to participate in the study (2) Patients with drug-refractory epilepsy who do not require intracranial electrode insertion
