Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia at Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital; - Patients taking Donnefezil due to dementia (Patient group) - Patients with no history of taking Donnepzil (control group)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Paitents with history of drug and other hypersensitivity reactions -Patients with significant neuromuscular disease or problems -Patients with significant renal or liver disease -Patients who require rapid sequence induction -Patients taking medication with potential to affect the neuromuscular transmission system; -Other patients deemed inappropriate by the researcher
