Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person who has agreed to the study as an adult with complex pain syndrome who is an outpatients or hospitalized and reciving ketamine infusion therapy of the department of anesthesia and pain medicine at Konkuk University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pain syndrome in complex parts of both limbs 2. A person whose pain is too severe to measure the perfusion index 3. Those who disagree with the study is excluded from the study.
