Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adult men and women aged 20-65 2) A person who has agreed in writing to the clinical trial consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons with abnormalities in the respiratory cycle and heart rate cycle 2) Qigong trainees and professional athletes 3) Internal medicine, neuropsychiatric diseases, brain trauma, lesions 4) Person with various respiratory diseases accompanying seawater, sputum, fever, etc. 5) Person with various acute and chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 6) Those diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases, including those with high blood pressure, arrhythmia, and ischemic heart disease 7) Those who have a history of undergoing surgery for heart disease 8) Those who are taking drugs related to heart disease or affecting the autonomic nervous system 9) Person with obvious internal and external diseases such as cold and food 10) Those with high blood pressure and lipid-lowering drugs. 11) Those who have expressed their intention to refuse to participate in the study
