Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Medial compartment osteoarthritis patients with varus deformity scheduled for bi-planar medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy. (age under 65 years old) 2) Patients who have voluntarily participated in a clinical trial and has signed an agreement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Genu valgum 2) Severe deformity need to double level osteotomy including distal femoral osteotomy 3) Lateral compartment osteoarthritis 4) Inflammatory arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis or grout, pseudogrout, etc.) 5) Previous cruciate reconstruction history or combined cruciate ligament reconstruction 6) Deformity due to previous fracture history around knee joint 7) Cognitive dysfunction (such as dementia)
