Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 60 years or over with sarcopenia or without sarcopenia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects - who can't measure handgrip strength - with present alcohol abuse (4standard drink/day for men, 2 standard drink/day for women) - with a history of previous/current cancer - with severe psychiatric problems - who can have a difficulty in process the study
