Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 19 (2) Patients who undergo open heart surgery requiring cardioplumonaty bypass (3) Patients voluntarily filling out consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Aortic surgery (2) Reoperation (3) In case of performing surgery without aortic crossclamping and beating-heart strategy (4) Emergency surgery (5) Infectious endocarditis (6) Patients who want bloodless (i.e. Jehovah's Witness)
