Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among healthy male patients admitted to the hospital, patients with suspected prostate cancer must meet at least one of the following three criteria. (1) PSA level over 4ng/dl (2) When detected Hard prostate nodule during a digital rectal examination (3) When suspected cancer as a Hypoechoic lesion on ultrasound of the prostate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In the case of the following past history or obstacles (1) Low risk group for prostate cancer under the age of 20 (2) Subjects with a history of prostate surgery such as HoLEP (3) Patients with moderate or higher cognitive impairment who have difficulty understanding the contents of study (4) Patients with difficulty in prostate biopsy through the anus due to rectal cancer surgery
