Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing microvascular decompression surgery at our hospital, patients aged 20 to 70 years old and ASA 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity reactions or side effects to local anesthetics, Patients with a history of substance abuse, Patients with preoperative chronic pain disease or psychologic disorder, taking anti-depressant, creatinine 2.0 mg/dl or more, Platelet count 40 sec, PT(INR)> 1.5
