Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery in Asan Medical Center 2. Age: > or = 20 and < 80 3. Patients with American Society of anesthesiologist physical status 1,2,3 4. Patients with a numerical rating scale for pain before surgery: equal 0 5. Patients who signed a written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who taking analgesics due to chronic pain 2. Patients with a history of arrhythmia 3. Patients who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in the study for any other reason not mentioned in the inclusion and exclusion criteria
