Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients undergoing pylorus preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy • Patients who can perform normal daily living activities and walk independently preoperatively • Age = 19

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with history of open abdominal surgery • Patients who cannot exercise due to the severe musculoskeletal pain other than disease related to the surgery • Patients who cannot walk due to the respiratory distress which is not related to the muscular pain • Patients who cannot exercise due to the severe muscular pain • Patients who cannot walk independently without assist device or others' help due to the limb disorder • Patients with allergy to the local anesthetics • Patient who cannot use the patient controlled analgesic device • Patient with chronic pain • Patients with the history of drug addiction • Pregnant patients or patients who breast-feed • Patients with cognitive disorder who cannot answer the order or questionnare • Patient with pacemaker • Patients who cannot read the agreement • Fragile patients
