Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patient who scheduled bilateral Total knee arthroplasty 2.Can walk over 10m without help 3.Vision and hearing are average 4.Consent to participate in preoperative rehabilitation program with her own will 5.No cognitive impairment and good communication 6.Smartphone environment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of knee surgery within 6 months. 2. inflammatory arthritis(Rheumatoid arthritis) 3. Neurological disorders (including Parkinson's, stroke) 4. Neurological damage to the lower extremities 5. Medical instability: uncontrolled hypertension and arrhythmia, unstable cardiovascular status
