Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the patients admitted to the Yongin Severance hospital for acute ischemic stroke and underwent transthoracic echocardiography (2) informed consent (3) Adults over 19 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects who disagree with the study (2) the quality of image in transthoracic echocardiography is not adequate for the global longitudinal strain measurement
