Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who have experienced low back pain within at least 6 weeks 2) Pain level (NRS) 3 or higher 3) Those who can maintain a one-legged posture for more than 30 seconds 4) Those who are positive for at least 3 of the 5 items of the lumbar instability test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons who have difficulty participating in intervention due to vestibular organ disease 2) Those who have difficulty participating in intervention due to respiratory disease 3) Those with less than 80% of participation in arbitration 4) Those with a history of spinal surgery
