Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Those who have a history of immediate drug allergy to Cefaclor -Serum-specific IgE to Cefaclor through ImmunoCAP: =0.35 kU/L (Cefaclor drug provocation test is not a prerequisite.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Those who do not meet the criteria of drug allergy to Cefaclor when the medical history is checked -Those who have not completed the consent form -Those under the age of 19

MeasureTime frame
The accuracy of the cross-reaction through the amoxicillin skin skin test is confirmed by conducting the drug provocation test.
