Inclusion criteria: Persons who do not do more than 90 minutes of active exercise per week Persons who are not taking a separate hormone preparation Persons who are not smoking or excessive drinkers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons taking antidepressants Persons who has any medical condition or physical restriction on participation in physical activity
