Inclusion criteria: The patients who treated with the burr hole operation for symptomatic chronic subdural hematoma Who diagnosed the chronic subdural hematoma on brain CT or MRI normal platelet count and normal coagulation test who

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who missed the chart record or radiologic record. 2. Below 18 years old 3. use of antiplatelets (ticagrelor, prasugrel) or anticoagulant after admission 4. who had severe pulmonary edema, liver cirrhosis, systemic generalized edema 5. When the investigator determines that participation in the clinical trial is inappropriate because it may affect other ethical or clinical trial results
