Behavioral : Learn about infant safety accidents through e-learning/electronic material by accessing the link sent by text message on the mobile phone for 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary care provider, such as parents or relatives caring for infants and toddlers (2) People who can use the Internet through computers, mobile phones, tablets. (3) A person who understands the purpose of the study and agrees to participate in the study by the parents or legal representatives of infants and toddlers falling under (1) to (2) above without undue influence or coercion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who cannot use the Internet through computers, mobile phones, tablets.
