Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with eGFR = 60ml/min/1.73m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient will be excluded from study enrollement if they meet any of the following critieria at screening 1. Have a history of acute myocardial infarction, stroke lesser than 6 months 2. Have a history of cancer 3. Have a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 4. Have a evidence of decompensated liver cirrhosis 5. Have a evidence of uncontrolled thyroid disease 6. Have infection 7. Have injury or surgery recent within 6 months 8. Have a history of immunosuppressive agents
