Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are 19 to 85 years of age with bone loss of femoral bone or femoral fracture of the periphery of the artificial joint femur system perform lateral artificial joint femoral replacement. 2) Adults who can perform a re-replacement procedure according to general condition and pre-drinking anesthesia assessment 3) Patients who have the will or ability to follow the doctor's instructions, including rehabilitation treatment such as walking exercise. 4) Patients who understand this research and participate in the study in writing or whose representatives agree in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are at high risk of falling are difficult to walk normally due to Parkinson's disease and severe dementia. 2) Patients with neurological aftereffects such as cerebral infarction at the lower extremities of surgery 3) In the case of a transfer of local infection, sepsis, severe inferior vena thrombosis, etc. at the lower extremities of the surgical site. 4) Patients who have already had the ability to perform a re-translation operation 5) Super-aged patients over 85 years of age 6) Patients who cannot track down after drinking or visit out of the country
