Others : During the 6-week diet intervention period, the intervention group will consume a high carotenoid diet, and the control group will consume a usual carotenoid diet. Subjects will be instructed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who meet all of the following conditions can apply for the study: ? People with a body mass index = 23 kg/m2 or people with a fasting blood glucose = 100 mg/dL without an underlying disease ? People who do not take medications for control of blood glucose, cholesterol, or blood pressure ? Korean adults aged = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study participants: ? People with underlying diseases ? People who have taken dietary supplements or probiotics in the past 3 months ? People who have unusual eating habits or people who are allergic to certain foods ? People who have smoked in the past 1 year ? Pregnant or lactating women
