Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with irritable bowel syndrome diagnosed by ROME IV criteria 2) Over 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of abdominal surgery (excluding appendectomy and cesarean section) 2) IBD 3) Patients who had used antiphychotics and antidepressants 4) Concurrent severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease and cacer 5) Patients who had used probiotics or antibiotics within two weeks
